Called for a glass replacement on my truck, CSA was responsive to set up a technician. Technician arrived on time and expertly repaired. Only issue, a different customer service agent asked if I wanted the windshield wipers replaced being new glass. i said yes if that was part of the process (insurance claim). Wipers installed then i received a call that I owed $60.00 for RainX wipers. BEWARE and ask clarification for everything.
