Team Work from the lot to the sales floor
I stopped in at the dealership on a 100 degree day to get information on a car for my mother in law, not what I wanted to do in the heat but I was greeted by an enthusiastic young man working as the lot attendant who was bright eyed and eager to assist me. He answered a few questions with such honesty that I valued and he showed me the way to the sales floor with a hand shake, wished me a great day and was greeted by Travis.
I met with Travis and I knew my mother in law would love the Sonata, he was awesome. My sister came back in a few days and the deal was sealed.
First Impression are everything… and we couldn’t be happier!! Thank you.

Backorder
I brought my hyundai in for a issue, I was told the transmission needed replaced. They wanted $2000 down witch i gave them. I agreed to this and was told that the transmission would be in on 2/14/23 on the 15th im told its now on backorder. They had to know this at the beginning but I was told it would be in the 14th. They have no idea when this transmission is coming in. If i was told this from the beginning that the transfer would be on backorder I would of took the car to another transmission shot but know. This is costing me more money they said they would pa $39 a day for a rent a car but I still have to pay the rest. I will never trust Jack giambalvo hyundai ever again. It sad thst they have no idea when this transfer will come in. Of nothing is done soon I think it might be time to are an attorney.

Advise
It unfortunate that I can only give you a 3 on this survey, and I am struggling with that. Just a little back round for substance, I have been patronizing your organization since vehicle was new, I bring it to this location due to the fact that I only live lest than 10 miles. During my last service visit I encountered a less than a good experience. When I first entered the service, the service staff appeared to be challenged, as to the point, I was not even acknowledged for about 4 minutes. This was not a good first impression, but I could see the advisors busy. I do not understand, that with a less than good first impression how are they going to build a relationship with one of your valuable assets ( CUSTOMERS).
That being said, I was called by my adviser, stating I was missing a wheel lock from my vehicle and wanted to know if I wanted to purchase some, I was surprised because, if my vehicle's history was reviewed, they would have seen our vehicle only has been serviced there, just a slight oversight. I depend on my multipoint inspection and monitor it closely and never was it stated on my previous inspections. My wife drives this vehicle and would not know what a wheel lock is, she just drives and brings it in for service. This is by no way to bash the hardworking service individuals that deals with the public every day, but a company that wants to remain viable and a leader in the market. Most companies spend thousands of dollars of their advertising budget to obtain new customer, but invest little to nothing to keep existing customer, strong need for relationship building. This starts as soon as your customer's walk through the door. I will challenge the Service Director to sit in his own customer waiting area for 10 minutes and observe his service customer's, there reaction, the inner action between advisers and customers, the impatience of customers> My time waiting was very good. I was expecting a different response form service department as to my missing wheel lock concern by at least giving myself the benefit of the doubt and replacing the locks, but it has been between service and something happened, I am very reasonable. But to remain a viable organization, you must start, sustain, and remain at the for front of customer service, when your remaining customer come in for service, that is what you should be servicing, your customer, through the maintenance and repairs of vehicles. I wish you luck in your fixed operations.

Car in for almost a month
I bought a 2019 Elantra 14000 miles on it. Steering made a rubbing sound. Dealer
replaced a part (wrong part) said I need a new steering column it will take a couple days another week goes by I call had to leave voice mail no return call for two days. I went to dealer said they don't have the hardware to install the new part. More time goes by I go to dealer they told me the ECU on the new column doesn't work with my model Elantra they are waiting for a update. Several days shy of a month I get my car back with grease on the driver seat. They gave me a great loaner car but!

Poor customer service
Customer service starts with the front desk. Rude front desk staff that I don’t even like to take my vehicle there due because of their interactions.

State Inspection & 22,500 mile maintenance
They took me home & picked me up when car was finished. My wife couldn't be alone so my grandson was at the house waiting for me to get home. Excellent service and communication on the transportation.

Ugh
Too many problems, rude people at the service desk, initial problem not taken care of... A few years later recall!! It was way to expensive to get the car fixed at the dealer so we took it somewhere else to get fixed. Recall happens and because we took it somewhere else for 1/3 of the price. But because we didn't have it fixed at the dealer there was no compensation.... VERY frustrating!!

Repair to the back bumper.
After a collision with a car from behind; I had a estimate made, parts ordered and repairs made in little over two weeks. I was very satisfied with the repair and the way everything was handled.
