Don't answer phones or return calls
I have had a one year old Santa Fe at their shop for 16 weeks. Yes, 16 weeks! When they said it was ready last week, it had more problems than the one I took it in for. It is very difficult to ever get an actual person when you call. And they are not at all good at returning calls, even to just give a status. I do not recommend this dealership. In fact, after having my vehicle unavailable for so many months in its first year, I can not recommend Hyundai either.

Safety recalls and in complete services
The service department/service manager is a very poor manager who bullied and belittled his customers and refused to fixed safety recall items. Instead they returned the check and took no responsibility for there actions

Cheated by a Jack Carroll dealership
A Jack Carroll dealership in Seattle hid the fact that a car I bought had been in an accident that caused structural damage. I didn’t realize at the time that damage to the car had been patched painted over, but later it became obvious as that patch job aged, and they should have known this and disclosed it, which they did not. I’ve since been told multiple times by experts that anyone who knows the signs (which I didn’t) would have been able to tell the car had been in a wreck and parched over, but they valued a quick sale over integrity and my safety… this hidden structural damage meant the car’s safety was greatly diminished which could have caused me great harm in another collision.

They literally had my credit pulled 6 times which greatly impacted my score. I love Hyundai vehicles though.

Hayden is the Best
From the first phone call, Hayden was marvelous. I had to schedule an oil change, reschedule, and reschedule again - traveling over the passes proved challenging. He was always patient and attentive. When I finally did make it in, my little Venue got five star treatment and we were on the road again. Thanks to Hayden and all at Jack Carroll's Skagit Hyundai!

Hayden is awesome
My tuson had to be towed because something went wrong with the engine. Hayden accepted it and checked it out. He made sure that there was no charge to me. However it let me know about what needed to be serviced. He took care of all I needed. I feel like I have a brand new car. I wouldn't take my anywhere else.

Always a positive experience
After having to replace the battery on my 2014 Sonata Hybrid, I realized that that had been one of the recommended services from my previous oil change. I quickly scheduled the other two recommended services from that visit and expect that I will have thousands of trouble free miles ahead. I will also follow recommendations in future as I know that Hayden and his team will never steer me wrong.

Service Work
I took my car in for service and the 30K mile checkup. They also did a recall and completed the work in the amount of time they had said. When I returned to get my car it looked like new as they had detailed the outside. Very impressed with their overall service.

Part not available other than that it was good
Service writer was exceptional, work was done to service standards, car was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed for pickup. But a recall item that was scheduled to be repaired was not available. I scheduled service 2 weeks in advance hoping to get all the work done in one trip and wasn't told until dropping off the car at 8:30 on a saturday morning that one of the recall parts wasn't in and I'd have to make a separate trip up there for another 2-3 hour service appointment. Working 50 hour weeks doesn't allow for much time on weekends so adding another half day sitting waiting for it a second time is really a let down.
