Exceptional Service for my F-350 Platinum!
I cannot thank Ms. Allison, Mr. John, and the team at J and J Automotive enough. They have been treating me right for years, but they truly went above and beyond for me this week.I had an unexpected, urgent trip come up that requires me to pull a heavy camper for 17 hours. Knowing the stakes, they jumped right on it to make sure my 2014 Ford F-350 Super Duty Platinum was ready for the haul. They completed all the necessary 6.7L Diesel work and thoroughly inspected and replaced my brake components in a remarkably timely and professional manner. Finding mechanics you can trust with a heavy-duty diesel truck is rare. Their efficiency and expertise gave me total peace of mind for this long 17-hour haul.
