Had been taking my car to J&E for nearly seven years and then the management changed. Recently took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left it there for the day. The guy said he could get it done, but when I returned, he said he wasn't able to get to the tire rotation. No problem at all until I noticed he had charged me for services I did not approve and the tire rotation that was not completed. I was able to get the tire rotation removed from my bill, but the other services were not removed. When I asked about the services, the guy shrugged and said I should have been called for approval. I told him I'd not spoken to a tech to approval the services. He replied that they were needed anyway. I replied I could change that filter myself and he looked me over and told me it can be hard to do. Do NOT go to this shop and definitely do not go if you're a woman who doesn't want to be spoken to in a condesending way.
