My Thunderbird wouldn't keep a charge, it turn out my cell phone charger was draining my battery. Lesson learned to disconnect the cell phone charger! Blair explained to me in details where I could understand. That was a plus! From Sherri to Blair everyone was so nice and pleasant. I've found a new automotive place for life.
