Perfectly fine car going in; Leaking oil coming out
Took my wife's Buick in today for a simple inspection. Keep in mind, she drives it less than 5,000 miles per year, so it gets an automatic exemption. The car is in pristine condition going in; coming out it's leaking oil profusely. Dropped the car off at 8:15am. Supposedly the first appointment of the day. Told it would take 1hr-1.5hr. If I didn't call at 2pm I don't believe we would've been done, again, a simple inspection for an exempt car as they close at 4pm. It's fairly apparent that they put off doing the inspection, rushed to get it done after I called, and obviously caused a leak in the rush to get us out by 4pm. Not happy at all. First time using them, as I used Ramsey's Auto for years until he retired. Will not be going back! Oh, in case you want to dismiss this review, understand I worked in a machine shop for 14 years. My father was a lieflong auto mechanic - so I know just a little about cars.
