My husband came in here with the DMV form but has a brain injury and got confused and brought the wrong car for the smog check. They took the form from him and did the smog check on the car he brought which was obviously a mistake. I’m disappointed that when he went back with the correct car he had to pay the full rate again and wasn’t even offered any kind of courtesy discount. You can tell within minutes of talking to him that he is disabled and I feel he was taken advantage of. Very sad.
