Emergency repair
My work van ate an accessory belt. I called ahead and was told that it could be started that day. The belt was delivered on the second day. They then suggested replacing the tensioner as PM, a good idea. This added a day waiting on the part. I wish we had the forethought to order everything on day one. Additionally, the labor was billed per process even though there is duplicity in the job. In summary, it was a day longer and a bill higher than I hoped. My past experience here was 5 star, hence my return.

Thank you for your review.  
In response, I would like to clarify that sometimes parts are not readily available same day.  In your case, in order to determine what caused the belt to snap and rap around not only the pulley but also the harmonic balancer to the point it had to be removed to insure that the seal had not been compromised (required additional time).  This was also the delay in repairing the vehicle in a timely manner. We like to make sure that we are thorough in the work that is done to avoid comebacks.
I hope that you will remain our customer in the future.
