After a ton of research, I kept coming back to the 2023 Palisade. Just checked all the boxes for me. Naturally once the decision was made to purchase a Palisade with a certain trim and color interior, they were hard to find, if at all. Long story short, this dealership had the exact Palisade I was looking for. I got a very good trade in for my Tucson Sport (very low miles and in excellent condition). It was very easy to reserve the Palisade (it was in transit). It arrived sooner than expected, which was great! Worked with Joe Collie, who was very helpful, made this whole transaction easy. Definitely recommend him. He follows up after the sale to make sure all is well and if there are any other questions. No pressure at all to sign up for those extra's (warranties, etc.). Except for a longer wait on the pickup day than expected (not Joe's fault), this was a pleasant car buying experience!
