Then we had ordered a hitch, took the day off from work to get it installed only to find out that they ordered the wrong part so we would have to leave the car with them. They gave us a car to use telling us that if we didn’t bring it back on a certain day it would be considered stolen.
THEN when we were coercing them to bring our new car back they said the technician who was supposed to be doing the work had been scheduled for training all day where they had thought it was only supposed to be half a day and the car would not be ready until another day that they did not specify.
The sales manager stated that it was just like if a technician called in sick but they scheduled our technicians schedule so it was not random chance.
They also demanded that we bring the loaner in 3/4 full of gas although it was at about 3/4 when we got it and as of tomorrow it is technically stolen since we can’t bring it back as our car is still in the garage.
I really want to cancel the whole deal but I don’t think I can without a lawyer. What I can do is never, ever buy another car from these unorganized people and make sure everyone I ever talk to avoids them and I can give them poor reviews. Do not, do not, buy a car from these people. Ever.
