Easy, efficient and trustworthy
Purchased my wife's 2020 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited with 38k miles. I called Iron Goat and asked how long I needed before getting the oil changed and they advised at 45k miles. They told me to call back at 45k miles and advised me of the cost which was much lower than a dealership or other places I called (fully synthetic was $52.99 + tax). So...when it was time to get my appointment set, I decided to try their online portal instead and it was helpful and intuitive. After setting my appointment, I got lost in the dreamworld of their immersive "build a Jeep" application on their website and had a great time planning out the upgrades to our rig.

The day of my appointment, I walked in and was greeted immediately by not only the Front Office Manager but Grease, the house cat. While I waited for the oil change to be completed, I worked on my laptop in their comfortable and eclectic waiting area, complete with wifi, coffee and water and some vintage and custom pieces as well as some Jeep items you could purchase. It was a great setup. And....Grease sat with me the whole time to ensure my experience was satisfactory.

It's always difficult when you try a new place and you aren't sure what to expect. I will tell you that Iron Goat has my trust and I look forward to taking my wife's Jeep there for the foreseeable future.
