I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue.
not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues
