I have never bought a car online, but it went fairly well. My salesman Ethan was great. He answered the easy questions and the hard ones too. I will say I went into this not trusting everything I saw and had plenty of communication with Ethan and the cashier when I put in a down payment. The sales team did work with me and I am satisfied with my purchase. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
