We have been taking our cars to ISM for several years now, and the service is and has always been excellent. In essence it comes down to the personalities, and it seems that Giovanni has created a team of such like staff. I appreciate the candor: they take the time to explain what needs to be done, what can wait until the next service (for example replace tires in 6 months). They also keep you informed about progress and set expectations.
