Bad customer service on cars. Bad customer service with their warranty policy as well....might as well call it WARRANTY FRAUD!
they wouldnt tell me how much the repairs were gunna cost to my car until after they ran all the tests and diagnostics on it (that were not needed) and then go thru the warranty to see what they will cover without letting me EVER see the warranty.... and then tell me the cost afterwards. Which could have been any amount of $$$!!! They would not tell me the cost before hand and they actually got into a almost PHYSICAL argument with me and my sister over it, and eventually with my DAD as well because they wanted to basically do whatever they wanted to my car and charge me later on.... without ever telling me a actual price. When I have an extended warranty and they wouldnt even go over it with me, WHEN I have had this fix done to my car before without a problem or cost $$$.... now they insisted they needed to do the work first on a saturday and the warranty company would be in on MONDAY! the owner threatened to get PHYSICAL, coming at us with over and over again with his nasty finger in our faces, and tried to smash my sisters phone against the wall while telling us to WATCH OURSELVES.... over and over again.
I see other reviews on fb and google in regards to warranty problems with this company as well... and not only that, but they rent out cars from the 80s that smell and look like shit and expect you to use and pay for them... if not, they tell you to take your car elsewhere. VEERYY Ill tempered owner brothers Tony and Lenny.... quite embarrassing on their part to do business the way they do and treat long time customers the way they do. do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere and away from these typical car scam artists.... especially If you are a woman, these people are very condecending. Typical car shop.
