One of the worst place I ever seen, the manager is layer & unexpected behavior he hold my car almost 8 months & couldn’t fix it & finally he changed me unexpected money.

Vijay, we understand your frustration and respect your right to share your experience, but we do need to correct several statements that are not accurate. Your vehicle arrived with multiple components already replaced before our diagnostic process began, including spark plugs, throttle body, and camshaft sensor. During our testing, we documented fault code P0340, loss of RPM signal, and ongoing electrical issues that required extensive diagnostic time to isolate. Because of the complexity of the problem, the vehicle was also sent to the dealership for programming and evaluated further, but the condition still remained unresolved. This was not a simple repair and multiple facilities were unable to identify the final root cause.

We also want to clarify that there were no “unexpected” charges. Every step, revision, and diagnostic charge was documented and authorized. In fact, the total labor and outside costs invested in this repair exceeded $1,500, and we reduced your final bill substantially to help minimize your expense. We covered significant costs ourselves in an effort to be fair and help move the process forward. While we regret the amount of time involved and understand your disappointment, we stand behind the honesty and transparency of how this repair was handled.
