Failing customer service
If I had one positive thing to say about this shop I would highlight the owner who after 5 days of my car being in the shop (original estimate was same day repair) meet me as I was cashing out and provided a thorough education of what the problem and challenges were. Other than that out of probably 20 plus calls I made to them, not one of them were initiated by the staff, which is particularly frustrating when every call ended with them assuring me they would call back in X hours…not once did that happen. Additionally, it’s now 3 weeks post the repairs and my warranty claim has gone nowhere, even when I was assured it would be resolved the next business day.

I wanted to share my response more than just the over the phone conversation we had just shared. In addition, once again we apologize for the lack of communication, and as a shop we will absolutely improve moving forward! Trust, communication and transparency is what we strive for here; so we apologize for the unmet expectations in regards to the communication. Alongside that, I am glad we were able to address the timestamp of the duration being 2 weeks since your vehicle has left here, and our efforts of getting in touch with MaxCare Warranty are striving each day; however not much response on their end.
