I am walking away from my most recent repair experience with mixed feelings. I was told that there were staffing issues and some equipment problems...and I understand that those types of things happen. I struggled to get timely information and timely returned calls. I did appreciate that they pushed to get my vehicle done by the time I really needed it, but I had also asked for the estimate ahead of time...when I called and was told that the vehicle would be ready by 5pm, I was told that the estimate was still NOT ready. I did okay the work...however...I was doing it based on a suggested estimate given when I had the vehicle in previously and was told the brakes probably needed attention. The amount told to me then was over $300. The amount I paid was over $500. I am gratefully for the repair being done quickly...I have problem with the communication (which has been an issue before) and the way the price/estimate was handled.
