I've used integrity for about 4 years when we first came to IWU for school since it was so close and the oil change discount. My last visit however was not good at all. After they inspected my brakes and I had gotten about half way home the front tire started to wobble violently due to it not being screwed on properly. This was very frustrating and scary as I had my 7 month old daughter with me. I get that mistakes happen, but the way the owner handled the situation was far from satisfactory.
