Accommodating and Honest.
I was towed to Integrity from Crater Lake due to a misdiagnosis by ME. I arrived at about 2am and they got me in as soon as they opened. The tech diagnosed the problem and had it fixed THAT DAY! I had the oil changed also and, the tech pointed out a leak in my front Diff. We discussed it thoroughly and I decided to continue on my road trip. I got to the CA line and discovered the leak had grown... I made the decision to drive back to Integrity. That was a decision I DO NOT regret. I arrived and they were closing soon but Sam told me they would get me in first thing in the am... Unfortunately, the diff was not salvageable so we had to find a replacement... After much discussion, it was decided that new Napa axles that were made for a lifted 4Runner would be a good idea. They found a used diff which was unable to be delivered for several days... I had nothing to do so i offered to go get it with the loaner that they were kind enough to let me use while I was awaiting the repair to be completed. I went and got the replacement diff and he had it in the same day and allowed me to continue on my trip.

Keep in mind, I am from IN. I was in a "worst-case scenario" when I arrived the second time. I was directly in the middle of a 9000 mile trip to 16 states, a dozen National Parks and countless National Forest. I was in a tear drop camper with my dog. I am telling you, I felt as if I was included in every step of the repair, they were MORE than accommodating! Cost was less than I expected, I couldn't have been luckier with where I ended up.
