Beware of scammers
Went in for and oil change. They told me I needed and alignment by showing me a print out of a scan run on my vehicle. I said yes to the service and started taking a closer look at the report.1. The car in the picture wasn’t my car. 2. Model year was wrong 3. VIN number did not match my car. When I confronted the service person said it was the car behind me and it was mistake! This tries to make an extra buck at every service. The GM of dealer told me they were comping my oil change and I said that’s good because I wasn’t paying for it. He became an absolute offended jerk when I was the one almost scammed.

Scott c I bought 2 vehicles from them in 2021 for just over 100000 dollars and payed cash in full then they tell me about this awesome coverage and coating they have so they tell me this coverage is 100 percent bumber to bumper the only thing it doesn't cover is wheels and tires I asked him several times he said yes 100 percent bumper to bumper so I ask for a brochure they didn't have any at the time so I decided to purchase it and tried to use my card and it didn't go thru so the guy said that's OK I'll just make a copy of your card information and we will try again later I wasn't really comfortable with that so I told him I would come up in a couple days with cash and pay for the coverage and coating on the car and asked for the card information he took back and he said don't worry I'll shred it up for you isaid ok well I returned with cash to pay for the car wich was 8200 dollars and told them if I decide to do the truck I'll bring cash for that when I make the appointment for the car about a week later infinity of tacoma makes three charges on my card for a total of 4830 dollars without my permission so I went back up there to tell them I wanted my money back and they said no problem and while I was there I was able to finally get a brochure on the coverage I bought for the car and found out that the list of things it didn't cover was almost as big as the list of things it did Cover so I then told them I was lied to about the coverage and I wanted refunded for that and the coating two all together totalling 13030 dollars they it would be no problem but it would take a few months to go thru corporate and I haven't heard from them since so at this point there nothing but crooks and there going to receive this review continuously until I hear from them .

technology specialist-mr. connor o'brien
please relates this text to mr. o'brien's supervisor, department manager and to the dealer's general manager

i have been going to the bellevue dealership with the same reoccurring problem since i purchased my lexus in 2018

after several of trips and spending a considerable amount of my time and money to have this problem resolved
noone in the bellevue service department nor their technicians were able to find the cause of the car's mapping system to fail

a service writer in the bellevue, suggested i go to the service department in fife, since dealership was closer to my home and to explain my problem

a technician in the fife service helped determine the problem, thank you

however, it took connor o'brien to finally help me understand the cause and how to correct this problem

what the service department in bellevue could not do, the fife technician and connor o'brien resolved in a matter of a couple of hours

connor's patience and understanding and personality was truly reassuring

i hope fife is wise enough to consider such a young man as connor for upward movement within your dealership

Purchased a used QX70 in September. Diane Soto is a great woman, was very good about staying with the process, kept me up-to-date on when my car would be ready for pick up. All in all, good process. I have bought 5 Infinitis from this dealership over a course of time.

Beware! Horrible service department
I took my car in for a noise in the vent system. I have a extended wrap warranty coverage that requires the service to be completed at any infiniti dealership.

Diagnostics cost $200 for an hour. Nothing was found except a leaf blocking the blower which caused the noise. They informed me that it wasn't a warranty issue and I was stuck with a $200 bill. Really?

This price for diagnostic for an hour is ridiculous and there is no customer service at this dealership. I will never take my car for repairs to this infiniti which is privately owned or recommend someone to buy an Infiniti due to horrible service.

Great upfront ... terrible follow-up and support
I just (late July 2018) purchased a car at Infiniti at Fife. I was very excited about the car, the internet sales team was super responsive and helpful, and the actual purchase process was overall solid. There are always a few games that get played, but overall the process was fair. During the purchase, there were two "they owe me things" - one a pretty big missing component that impacts the radio/nav/backup camera and the other was small - a repair of the rear wiper. And ..... nothing has happened to make these right. I have contacted my sales person three times now, I spoke with the Service department and all of my communication simply goes unanswered. I feel like I am being very reasonable and we had clear and shared expectations of follow-up and now nothing. Very very frustrating. Honestly, I'm hoping that this review a) causes some action that resolves my issues and b) causes the team at Infinity at Fife to treat their customer commitments with a bit more urgency.
