Buffed out scratches
My car was hit by debris from a truck, scratching and scraping the hood and quarter panel. Kyle and his technician were able to expertly buff them out, saving me the cost of a new hood and panel!

Excellent work and great customer service.
I got a small fender bender in my insurance thought it could be a repair, but it turns out it had to be a complete replacement. I brought my vehicle here and they did an excellent job on the work and the communication all the way through I would recommend this to anyone in the Indian land, fort mill, Lancaster, or Waxhaw area. It’s hard to get good communication and excellent work these days. Great shop would use them again.

I had to bring my car in for repair. INETWORK worked closely with my insurance and got my car fixed and back to me in a reasonable time. I was very satisfied with the work and the guys were professional and customer service was great!

Excellent customer service and work
I had trouble getting in touch with or getting a call back from several other body shops in the area. The guys at iNetwork we’re very attentive and overall great to work with. They had great communication, were flexible and fast at getting my repair done right away.

Customer Service seems to be a lost art at most places nowadays, but they made the process easy and fast. I would recommend them to anyone and they will be my first call if any future bodywork is needed.

Truck Accident
To take a moment to thank I network Johnny& Austin &the staff for their for the handling of the accident I was in they were professional and handled everything from the beginning to the end. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. I picked up my truck. It’s like it had never been in an accident that kept me informed each and every moment of the repairs, I just moved in Waxhaw and I knew nobody. I stopped in there and spoke to them felt very comfortable and I would highly recommend them to anyone their price is a fair. Staff is very polite and the work with second to none again I would highly recommend them they get a five star all the way. Thanks again I network

Rear ended at a stop light
2 dayss after moving to Indian Land I was stopped at a red light on 521 South and got rear ended by a hit and run driver. I procured estimates from 3 collision shops.
Austin at iNetwork Auto greeted me as soon as I parked at his business
He was courteous,, knowledgeable. He took time to ask what I wanted and explained the different options I had. He quoted me a very fair price and put me on a schedule for a week later to allow the parts to arrive. Today the repairs were done in one day. It looks like brand new and they had my car washed and shining when I picked it up. Great experience all around.

Oil change

Auto body repair
I randomly Googled three auto body shops. I drove to each one to get estimates on my damaged car. Johny at iNetwork greeted me and spent time as if we had a long standing appointment. I chose iNetwork to do the repairs and was SO pleased with the whole experience. The staff is friendly and professional. I received emails/calls throughout the process to keep me updated, The work was top notch, I was beyond satisfied. I would highly recommend iNetwork, in fact, I will never again Google auto body shop again!

2016 Suburban beautifully restored!
I backed into a mailbox and damaged the rear bumper and side panel of my black 2016 Suburban. There were a couple of other old ‘injuries’ marring the side of the car. Johnny did a fantastic job going over the car to target any work, and his team repaired, buffed, and shined to perfection. And I even had a terrific custom latte coffee while waiting on the paperwork. A+ experience and work all the way around!

Fantastic work done on my 2018 Chevy Colorado
Johnny was real nice and helpful throughout the process of getting the work started on my truck. The team he has there are very hard working and take pride in the work they do and they did a fantastic job on getting my truck all situated and fixed. Definitely would recommend getting any work that is needed on vehicles to get done there, you won’t be disappointed.

Best Auto work completed
Johnny and his team really helped me out in an emergency. I really enjoyed my time there hanging out while my car was being repaired. It is good to know there are absolutely wonderful, veteran owned, honest businesses still around.
