Great Customer Service and Experience !!!
I had a great experience at In And Out Transmission and Auto Repair! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me honest feedback about what my car needed (and more importantly, what it didn’t need).

The prices were very fair, and I never felt pressured or upsold. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that puts integrity first. My car runs great now, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and trustworthy mechanics!

Excellent service
My experience was great. They did a diagnostic on my vehicle that had some gears slipping. They were very professional, everyone on the staff was friendly and honestly I felt the price was more than fair.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Took my Jeep to the dealership and after hearing them tell me that it would cost me $15K for a new transmission and 3 weeks to get it and another 4 weeks to install it. I called these guys and they told me 5K for a used one with low miles and a little over a week to get it in. After dropping it off on Wednesday they called me on Fridat to let me know it was done but that I also had a misfire (which I knew about) that they could take care of for me. I agreed and Monday before 10 am they called and said the Jeep was ready. Less than a week to drop in a transmission and do plugs and coils. I was impressed with the time it took them after hearing 4 weeks from the dealership.

Transmission replacement
Fantastic service, both Noah and Dakota went above and beyond for me. Even the whole shop is very nice and friendly. For someone who knows nothing about cars and lives very far from family, they made sure I was constantly updated and understood what they were saying. This has been the best experience I have had at a shop.
