We were scheduled for 8 AM, arrived, had to wait approximately 10 minutes to hand keys and sign release, called them late afternoon, said they did not look at it yet. Then, looked at it, and then ordered parts to be delivered, closing at 6 pm, went in at 5:30, parts just arrived, staff kindly stayed overtime 11 minutes and we were able to take car home same day! We were happy with the work. Bathroom needed refurbish. Service could have been better at communicating work order timing.
