Owner doesn’t listen to your concerns. Did not fix root of the problem. After paying them an enormous amount of money, I had to go to bmw to get the right diagnoses of the issue and fixed the right way. When talking to the owner he actually hung up the phone. Very poor customer services after years of bringing my car there. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
