Patron beware. Never said anything about a diagnostic charge. I was surprised when I was told about a $50 charge when I said it was too much for the repair. I do not mind a service charge but, PLEASE let me know before OR during diagnosis, How about a sign on the business?
Will not be using this "mechanic" ever. I do not like surprise charges. Imagine if any work would have been done...surprise
