My family has been taking our vehicles to Imperial for several years. We continue to rely on them because they have always serviced our vehicles right the first time and have provided accurate estimates, timeframes and expectations. They also offer options and help prioritize repairs so we can make decisions as to what order to address repairs to meet our budget. They develop relationships with their regular customers and remember them each time they return.
