High intensity, interesting, positive group workout
Ilovekickboxing is a great community-forward workout program. It is approachable for beginners and also a great addition for those looking to add to their preexisting routine. Every instructor is positive, motivating and relatable. I love these workouts because beyond learning form, speed and power, I am challenged to push myself. Members encourage each other. I love watching the progress everyone goes through to work harder than they thought capable. Monthly outings help form a community of friendships beyond the bag. I recommend this to anyone who wants to get in shape and meet new people.
