When I started the 6 week challenge, I hadn't worked out in approximately 8 years and had so many failed diets under my belt. I showed up to my first class fearing that I was going to have to be pulled off the mat. I'm now in my third week and I absolutely *love* the classes and coaches. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. It's such an inclusive environment. Would *absolutely* recommend joining.
