My first try out was on July 20, 2019 it’s tiring especially the 1st 15 minutes warm up but I like it. I never been into a gym before and it’s my first time to try kickboxing and I can say that I am loving it. I go 5x a week I go straight after work and it’s helps me to have more confident on myself now. The instructor always motivate you to keep going not to give up. Even though it’s tiring it’s all worth it.
