I started the 6 week challenge back in May 2023. I have never been one to join organized fitness classes but took the giant leap. The first week was tough but I pushed myself. I came back the second week stronger and kept going. I started to really enjoy the classes so much that after the 6 weeks, I signed up for a membership. Going from wow this is tough to I can't wait to keep coming back for more. I lost 11lb within the 6 week challenge. The instructors are so helpful. I am so happy that I found this I Love Kickboxing community. I highly encourage getting started and give it more than a week.
