My Toyota Prius needed a new 12 Volt battery. It was unexpected and I did not have an appointment. When IHLE tested my battery it showed it needed to be replaced. They said they would have to get one from Holland if I wanted to replace it today or I could bring the car back the next day. I decided to wait for it. The entire repair time plus getting it brought down from Holland took about an hour and a half. So appreciate the quick service.
