Does not act in best interest of customer
Do NOT bring your vehicle here for anything outside of the initial warranty or hyundai recall. The company does not act in the best interest of the customer only to make as much profit as possible. I brought my vehicle in for what was thought to be covered under an extended warranty. I informed the staff that was my belief it was covered and along witch part was assumed to be bad and covered which is why i brought it in. Instead of verifying if in fact that is what was wrong with the vehicle it would be covered (which they admitted to having the ability to do so before doing any work) they instead chose to start doing billable work on the vehicle. Had they done what was right and checked and told me beforehand that it wouldn't be covered, I could have made an educated decision on whether to have the any work done on the vehicle. Instead they activly chose to not verify before hand in an effort to make money.

At the end of the day they operate on what can we do, not what's the right thing to do. Money first customer second.
