CAUTION. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. VERY SLIPPERY DEALERSHIP
CAUTION, I purchased a used vehicle at Hyundai of San Luis Obispo and had transmission problems from the start. They trick you by stating they do a full safety inspection to every trade in and used vehicle they purchase AT AUCTIONS. What they do not tell you is that they DO NOT DO A FULL DIAGNOSES on their used vehicles. When I took the vehicle into the service department I had to pay $200. for the full diagnosis only to have the service manager ( Jim Bonn ) verify that the car had transmission issues but that they were not interested in servicing the vehicle and told me to take it to Coast Nissan, basically see you later, there is the door They went from being very friendly when I purchased the car, to becoming very stern in the way they do business. It seems more like a small used vehicle lot instead of major corporation like Hyundai. Furthermore, It was not easy communicating with Jim Bonn or the owner Rob Haupt who never got back to me after serval attempts to contact him. Finally, They seem OK with selling you a vehicle that has major problems and allowing you to put your foamily in them and then wish you good luck. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
