Lacked timeliness and wouldn’t honor warranty
From reading other reviews it appears I'm not the only one who had a truly negative experience at Hyundai of Goshen. If you're broke down in the middle of Indiana and have no other choice like I did, just have it towed the the next closest repair shop.

The service department showed no effort to get my Palisade repaired in a timely fashion. My Palisade sat in the lot for over a week while parts were shipped to another dealer 90 minutes away, with Goshen not even attempting to go out of their way to get the parts for my repair. I could've picked up the parts and transported them to Goshen in hours - instead they waited five days for the next shipment.

Even though my Palisade was within the warranty period, Goshen refused to process my defective caliper through my warranty, claiming it was "damaged", even though they had no idea how or why. It became clear that Goshen, and by extension Hyundai, don't care about their customers and won't honor their warranty, even when it's appropriate.

As I tried to get answers for why my repairs took over a week and understand why they wouldn't process my defective parts through the warranty, the Service Manager took no accountability - repeat - no accountability for Goshen's failures and lack of effort. The best analysis they had for why my part wasn't covered under warranty was - "we don't know how and you don't know how". I paid my bill already so they had no reason to help or put in any effort. This is consistent with the no effort for the 8 days they had my Palisade.

I feel for you if you have no choice but to use Goshen Hyundai. If you have a choice, avoid this dealership. They won't put in the effort or attempt to take care of you or your vehicle.

10/10 would recommend, every time
In the end of 2023, I started having issues with my Santa Fe due to a recall. I ended up getting to work with Emily, who was always very straight forward, kind, informative and timely. After 3 attempts of correcting the recall, they had reached out to Hyundai HQ to push for a new engine, as the recall had been ongoing and wasn't correcting itself after the suggested repairs. Thankfully they were able to get that pushed through and got me taken care of in a timely manner. The service team went above and beyond to get me taken care of.

They will sell you a junk car for 3000
They sold me a car that didn't even make it to my residency the day I bought it transmission was shot they said all it needed was an exhaust but it needed much more work the trunk wouldn't even open there was a loud clanking noise that came from passenger side and they claimed it was the exhaust they wouldn't even let me test drive the car off the property do not buy from this place

A dealer that is honorable
I was in the market for a new Tucson Hybrid. Searched all around the area and surrounding states. I found only Goshen Hyundai and one other dealer that didn’t try and take advantage of people and charge the BS “market adjustment” fee that all the other dealers were charging because of the temporary supply chain issues. They charged sticker price and didn’t tack on any “paint protection” fees to jack up the bottom line. Great communication by John Wade and were very easy to work with without any attempts to try and upsell things that weren’t needed. It’s nice to find a dealer that actually has ethics. Highly recommend!

Great service
I really appreciate Steve, he does a great job of customer service. He is extremely busy but makes the customer in front of him feel like they are important as our their concerns. I trust them to be truthful and my work to be done correctly.
