WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
TOOK MY VEHICLE INTO THIS DEALER FOR AN OIL CHANGE. WAS TOLD THE VALVE COVER WAS LEAKING AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. BROUGHT THE VEHICLE BACK A WEEK LATER TO HAVE THE VALVE COVER RESEALED. PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF AND MADE A TRIP TO TEXAS AND BY THE TIME I GOT TO TEXAS, NO OIL IN MY CAR BECAUSE IT HAD LEAKED ALL THE OIL OUT OF THE BACK OF THE VALVE COVER. I HAD NO SIGN OF THIS ISSUE MY DRIVE. MY FINAL STOP, THE VEHICLE STARTED SMOKING EVERYWHERE. I OPENED UP THE HOOD AND THE ENGINE COVER IS MISSING. IK IT WAS THERE PRIOR TO THIS SERVICE AS I HAD JUST REPLACED THE AIR FILTER PRIOR TO THIS VISIT AND IT WAS THERE. THE SERVICE MANAGER IS AWFUL. HAS NO EMPATHY AND LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I HAD TO GET WITH THE HYUNDAI CORPORATE TO GET ANY KIND OF RESOLUTION AS MAX WITH HYUNDAI OF YUMA SAYS IT'S NOT POSSIBLE THAT HIS TECH CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE DEALER IN TEXAS SAYS I NEED AN ENGINE AND TURBO NOW THAT THEY TOWED MY VEHICLE BACK TO YUMA, HYUNDAI OF YUMA IS SAYING IT DOESN'T NEED AN ENGINE BUT OF COURSE BECAUSE THIS IS TECH ERROR AND THEY DON'T WANT THE REPAIR TO COME OUT OF THEIR BOTTOM LINE OF THEIR PAYCHECK. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY VEHICLE SINCE 6/9/23. TODAY IS 8/14/23 AND IT IS JUST NOW READY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WORST DEALER I HAVE DEALT WITH EVER AND I WORK IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY. ALSO, THEY MILEAGE BETWEEN THIS REPAIR TO THE OIL CHANGE REPAIR SHOWS ONLY 1 MILE WHICH IS FALSE AS I HAD DRIVEN MY VEHICLE HOME AND TO SAN DIEGO AS I WAS ADVISED IT WAS SAFE TO DO PRIOR TO THE VALVE COVER REPAIR. I WILL BE TAKING MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR A 3RD OPINION. I DON'T TRUST THIS DIAGNOSIS OF THIS DEALER. ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGE FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER OR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND I NEVER GET A RETURN CALL. THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY POORLY RUN.
