Brought car for maintenance didn't even replace engine filter
I'm a platinum warranty wrap for car customer this dealer didn't even replace engine and cabin filter for routine visit. They missed the parking brake issue all noticed by another dealer. Called in advance for wiper blades but service guy Mathew says weeks and weeks but the item is available online. Buddy promised to send them but never did. Engine is rattling probably needs seroibe belt . Brakes need work and parking brake Poor service and attention.
