Hyundai Out of Business at Serramonte
Sad, there was no notice to their customer that they were leaving. Does anyone know of any other Hyundai location other than San Jose or the East Bay. I spoke with the service department at Nissan, very nice and polite gentlemen's. Have a 2013 Sonata with low mileage, maybe it's time for a trade-in lol.

Timely courteous service
Timely courteous service for the last time as they will no longer be a Hyundai service center.
The service does not update service intervals so my car reports that service is overdue following the recent recommended service

The friendly helpful employees were a plus. The customer service group was friendly and helpful. I loss a screw on my eyeglasses and after informing two of the employees; one ask to see the eyeglasses and repaired them on the spot. Another Service Representative went to the shop and got screws and brought them to me and asked for my eyeglasses as she was going to take the eyeglasses to the shop as one of the mechanics had a screw driver ready to repair my glasses. However the Customer Service Lady had already repaired the eyeglasses. I had to pick up my grandson from school and take him to an appointment and after informing the Service Rep of this matter they were able to accommodate me by getting my car service completed in a timely manner which allowed us to get to his appointment in time. We are talking a brake job. Thank you Serramonte Hyuandai Dealership, you guys are the best.

Painless Service
I had to get my steering coupler replaced for my Sonata under 100,000 extended warranty. Israel, the Service Consultant, greeted me and got the details of what needed to be done. He provided excellent service in terms of letting me know the status and when the service might be completed. The service was done slightly ahead of time which was nice since I was waiting. Car wash was done which was an added plus.

If you are lucky, you get the premium techs to work on your car and even get a quick wash and vacuum.

Love this place
Everyone here is kind and friendly. They always have coffee and great creamer while you wait as well as comfy couches and a huge television. They are next to target so I love dropping my car off and waiting for a text from the service department while I shop. Always a pleasure!
