My husband arrived with my 3.5 week old Hyundai Santa Fe at 10:00 for a 10::0 M app’t to replace a tire. At 2:00 pm, he was still waiting for my car to be taken in. Only that I called and expressed discontent at the poor service and no update or correspondence to my husband, was the car brought back. It’s 2.42 pm and he’s still there. We will not be returning until proof that their service operations have significantly improved!!
