Broke my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport!
Brought our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T in for a safety recall on an ABS Fuse issue. Left the vehicle there for recall remediation at 11:30AM. Received an email later with the following recommendations from a courtesy inspection that we did not request: Drive Belts - Replace $325.02, Cabin Air Filter - Replace $74.95, Coolant Exchange (Flush) $207.75, Brake Fluid Exchange (Flush) $207.75, REPLACE SPARK PLUGS - $340.00, ETHANOL FUEL TREATMENT $25.95, COMPLETE GDI FUEL/ AIR INDUCTION SERVICE $249.95, FUEL INJECTOR TREATMENT $24.95, DIAG DRIVERS SIDE DOOR OPEN LIGHT STAYS ON $370!! $$$$$$! Our door light was working fine when we dropped off our vehicle! The service writer, Larry, argued with me that I knew it was not working when we left the car. NOT TRUE, so he essentially claimed I was not being truthful. That's not my nature. I had nothing to gain by lieing about the door light. It's something that I would easily address on my own. There was no need for me to try and get the dealership to make a repair without being paid. We then spoke with the service manager Joe Tilly who said that the door light issue was a mystery and probably coincidently occurred while there at the dealership. HE WOULD NOT TAKE RESPOSIBILTY. WORKED FINE WHEN LEFT, NOW BROKEN. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

NOT YOUR AVERAGE DEALER
I recently purchased a used car from Hyundai of Kennesaw and I can't recommend them enough! The car was spotless—better than I could have hoped for. The staff was exceptional, genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process enjoyable. They really know how to treat their customers right. If you're in the market for a car, this is the place to go; they set a standard that’s hard to beat!

My wife and I were then shuttled to and from a local buffet. This only proves that great customer service can still be found. Promised..... and no delivery
Salesman (Billy) and his brother who works in Finance promised a 100 00 referral check to the individual who referred me to the company. It's been almost 3 months, with multiple text messages, calls and communication on my part- lack on theirs!. All they do is give you the run around. I won't be back nor will I refer. Complaint filed with BBB and supporting documentation

Scammers
The worse Dealership ever, those people just a scammer’s and way unprofessional they will do their best to sell you words but you will notice that after you are scammed, so we’ve been loyal to Hyundai since 2014 and bought 3 vehicles from them since then but those scammers sold me tires and told me those tires have 60k warranty but when i got a dent or a bubble on the side of the tire they told me it’s covered just come as early as you can to change it for you and today their service advisor did his best to show me I’m not covered and this tire has 1 year warranty only back on 2020 when I purchased it, this is just lies and scams don’t get scammed and buy whatever away from this place at least to save your time and your money

To slow on oil change
I hate giving a bad score, but this is not the first time. We had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation drop the car off at 1:30 PM was told it would be done by 3:00 PM we were out the door at 5:00 PM and they did not do the tire rotation. It's always something every time we come in for basic service. We purchased the car at this dealership. But not sure we're going to purchase our next one here. Love the brand but not the service department. It was just an oil change and rotation with an appointment. we did get our money refunded a few days later for rotation that was not done.
