I had an absolutely exceptional experience with my sales advisor, Yuri, at Hyundai of Keene! The 8-hour drive was beyond worth it, primarily because Hyundai of Keene offers a lifetime powertrain warranty—something incredibly important to me that no local dealers could match. Additionally, no local dealers had the exact exterior or interior colors I wanted for the 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Yuri went above and beyond with his outstanding knowledge, professionalism, and dedication, ensuring I got the perfect model with the colors I desired and AWD. Even when I noticed a few minor sticker blemishes from shipping, Yuri immediately took action, personally taking the vehicle to be re-detailed to perfection to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Great service experience as long as you schedule via phone
I'm very happy with my service I've received at Hyundai of Keene for my 2020 Kona. With one important caveat: skip everything about the web site and online experience. The only useful and reliable thing about the web site is that it includes the phone number to call the service department. Everything about the web site is comically bad and trying to use it to schedule service will absolutely provide you with poor experience. Do yourself a favor and pick up the phone and call.

Buying a new car

Love my Tucson
I have been a customer for 20 years- having had a Santa Fe for 10 years and now my Tucson for 10 years. I love the location of the garage, I just have consistently good experience. I appreciated the oil change, tire rotation and new air filter with the inspection - set to go another many miles!

Major Engine Repair/Replacement
Had a significant on-going engine problem that finally resulted in a major engine repair/replacement. The warranty was honored and the work was done free of charge. I was kept up to date with the process (e.g., waiting for parts to arrive, etc.). The only issue was an appointment/scheduling snafu at the beginning of the process. This was due to a snow storm affecting other scheduled service appointments prior to mine. Customer service was great from start to finish, including follow-up.

My car had an oil change today and tire rotation and alignment and engine filter replaced.
My original appointment today was for just an oil change. When they did their inspection of other areas of my Santa Fe, they found I am starting to get tire wear. They suggested I rotate and align the tires to avoid any more tire wear. Also my engine filter was in need of being changed. I had them do the work at the same time when changing my oil. Now my car is all set. I have always had great luck here at Hyundai Of Keene. The whole staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reliable used vehicle or buy new. My 2017 Santa Fe Sport is my first Hyundai and I absolutely love it!

Exceptional customer service
Customer service and turn around time was exceptional especially on a Saturday in the middle of a snow storm. I am a traveling nurse in a new area and having transportation to and from my employer is of the utmost importance. Thank you for understanding and getting me back on the road
