Outstanding professionalism
We're an experienced older couple with a superior nose for deception or misinformation. Chris was our sales guy and gave consistent honesty and understanding of our needs. They don't try to "sell" you something. I did price other Hyundai dealerships before going there and they were a few thousand cheaper in the end. Makes our choice easier. The groups' kindness and being professional gave us a firm commitment to buy our next Hyundai there. Thanks to y'all who work there for being righteous with us. See you again!!

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with.
Absolutely horrible!!!! Lack of communication is an understatement. I have literally called over 100 times with little to no response back, not even an update from them through this whole process. It literally took them three weeks to even submit the warranty paperwork to Hyundai. The Service Manager was very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with, saying that he had a couple of cars ahead of me. The day it was dropped off ended up three weeks later before he even sent the paperwork off. The mechanics did their job in the first 72 hours for the diagnostic part then the paperwork sat on his desk. I even drove 45 minutes to the dealership to get an answer because they would never return phone calls or answer the phones. They tried to sell me another car... I was promised a rental car after the paperwork was sent and approved by Hyundai. After 4 1/2 weeks, Hyundai called me and said everything was approved. So I called the dealership the next day, and the next excuse was they had to wait till they ordered the replacement parts. Well, five weeks later, I finally got a rental car. After 30 days in the rental, I had not heard back from the dealership I decided to call them. Apparently, they did the work, and we're about to finish it in the next couple of days. I called back a week later on a Monday after not hearing back from them, and it was completed on Friday. No communication and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never buy a car or have my vehicle serviced with this place EVER again.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! They are taking advantage of the market. I was looking at a car that was clearly marked $25xxx went in to look at numbers and they priced it at 29xxx for “market adjustment”. Why would I pay more than the sticker price. Talked with the finance manager and was basically told that they wouldn’t budge and someone would pay that for the car. Will definitely take my business to another Hyundai dealership with transparent pricing! It’s a sellers market and Hyundai of Greer is absolutely taking advantage of that and every consumer that walks in the door!! Make sure to look over everything when dealing with these guys!

Awesome Service!
The whole dealership is super friendly, but what really sticks out is the Service Department. Brandy and the team are always on it! They get my car in and out no problems. Also conveniently get coupons right before my service is due :)

Best service ever. The service is wonderful and the prices are great. I love the way I’m treated at this dealership. There’s no pressure, and they always offer what you need at a great price. Quality service that I would recommend to a friend or family member is always given at this dealership.

Oil change tire rotation
Even though everything was very comfortable and everybody’s very friendly waiting 2 1/2 hours to get your oil changed in your tires rotated it’s a big deal.
