Very quick discussion at the beginning in which they told me my back up camera going in and out was due to the weather change and something I needed to "deal with". This concern was not written on my service sheet that it was even discussed when I picked up my vehicle. Also, they quoted me and it took them 2 hours to change my oil, perform the inspection, and balance/rotate my tires. It was my last "free" year of service since purchasing my vehicle which was their promotion at the time of purchase. Tread lightly with your concerns here, very dismissive. My husband was not happy with his phone call he had with the service tech on following their dismissal of my concerns about the camera and quoted length of service time. We will most likely not be back.
