Failed at 50,000 miles with my wife driving on freeway at night. Tucson serviced at dealer every 5000 miles. Car parked outside for a month in ice rain snow. Transmission parts arrived 4 weeks later and were found to not fix transmission. New transmission ordered with unknown arrival date. Requested some form of rebate from Hyundai Consumer affairs towards purchase of a new 2022 Tucson. After 3 weeks of leaving messages, I got one call back Case Number 19058263 advising not to purchase a new vehicle until I heard from the legal department. 3 weeks have passed and I never heard from legal.
