Disrespected and treated badly by Accountant (Jeroyl) and GMs
In Jan, '26 I started the process to get Gap insurance to pay remaining balance on my Grandson's totaled vehicle. Total Warranty Service send us a copy of what they would pay which was the complete balance and said payment would hit the Credit Union between Mar 13-15. No payment was made. TWS said they sent Jeroyl an email on Mar 2rd to pay. She did not. I called TWS again and they said they sent her 2 more emails. On Mar 30th, a check was issued for partial payment. I called TWS, how gave me Jeroyl name and email. I emailed he4 and she responded that she would investigate the amount difference and get back to me. 3 wks later, I did not receive an email, text or phone call. I called and left messages for both GMs several times which neither returned my calls. I contacted Shelby in Finance, sge sent emails to Jeroyl and GMs, again no response. I finally texted Fred A and asked for his help. With in a few hours, Jeroyl card me on an email to TWS telling them to cancel my Grandson's Gap claim, then basically said this dealer paid what they felt was correct, not the total payoff. The document she attached showed a different amount from TWS then what was sent to me/Grandson. I told her I didn't agree and she responded with, and I quote " The original amount was incorrect. Thank you ". No explanation. And she never responded again. My Grandson was cheated.
