At first we had some miscommunication but the service manager and advisor called me back for another try and are making things right. Their professionalism is respectable and their sense of urgency is well appreciated.

Great vehicle, minimal knowledge of vehicle
Technicians "couldn't duplicate" an issue that happens 100% of the time and also said if they took something apart they would not be sure if they could get it back together, mind you this car was purchased brand new from them and is supposed to have warranty. It is literally their job to take something apart and make the repair and make sure it is fully operational. Terrible service. Sales are fine, service is terrible.
