NO LOYALTY TO REPEATED CUSTOMERS
I dealt with them for 3 years traded in my old 2021 Hyundai Elantra for a 2024 Hyundai Kona N Line. The next week took my son up there to get an upgrade but when I had problems with my new vehicle I was treated like a step child. My vehicle was left wet after 2 different service appt. From the employees to the managers they are all the same. They only want your business nowhere how they get it. It wasn't until corporate got involved that anyone from there would even call me to address the issue or try and come up with a situation. I will never go back there and its 5 minutes from my house. I will drive to another location before I go back in there for any service.
Car wash maybe because it's close but going up there or referring anybody else I will never do that again.

Excellent customer service and communication
Our sales associate, Christiana (Christy) Hawkins was an excellent communicator from the beginning to the end of the transaction. We wanted a third-party inspection before completing the purchase and she personally drove the car to the inspection location and picked it back up. We were impressed. We love people who respond promptly to any communication, especially text messages. For that, she made sure we had her cell phone number from the get-go. Top notch service.

Couldn't Fix - Lost my Vehicle
Hyundai of Bedford is NOT a full service dealer - no body work. I had my Tucson towed there and they couldn't address the repair and body work. Had to send a tow truck THREE times to get it moved as they kept telling the tow truck driver the care wasn't there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Warranty-covered work, tack-on costs.
Almost 2 months ago, my car went in to get warranty work done on it, (the engine had to be replaced). The receptionist was very helpful and set everything up. I received a text from the manager that my car had been put in the system and that they would get to it asap, though I was told it might take a few days to get to it. Alright, that's fine. I'm a patient man.

A couple days later I got a text saying that I had an appointment with the dealership the next day. I left work early to attend this appointment only to be greeted by very confused employees who didn't know why I was there. Apparently this was an appointment for my car, not me. Okay, I misunderstood I suppose. My bad. They could have been clearer, but whatever. I'm a patient man.

A week or so goes by, I haven't been updated in any way. My family is getting anxious because I've been borrowing their cars to go to work. I give them a call and get sent to voicemail. I leave a message with my phone number. I await their response. I am after all, a patient man.

A month has gone by. Nothing. I call again, and the phone is answered by someone other than the manager. I ask about the car. They tell me the engine is on its way and that once it's installed it will be ready to go. I was assured again that all repairs will be covered by my warranty and I will owe nothing. The gentleman was extremely helpful and discovered that they had a random phone number that was not mine, in addition to my own. That should clear up any lack of communication on their part. I thank him. I am a patient man.

I get a text a couple days later. It's the manager telling me that there are several parts that have gone missing or have gone bad since the car has been there. The cost, over $1000. Of course, this wasn't covered by the warranty and also the car would not run without these parts. I was confused how I was able to drive before my engine went bad if I was lacking these parts, but you know what? A new engine for $1000? small potatoes. I am a patient man.

The next day comes. I get a text telling me that my catalytic converter is clogged so extremely that the car will not run well. It will not be covered by my warranty. Of course I wonder how this could be. The car was fine before my engine died. Could it be cleaned? A terse response made it clear it would have to be replaced. $2,500. More than I paid for the car in the first place. I swallow hard and ante up. It will be done Thursday or Friday at latest. I can wait. I am a patient man.

It is Tuesday. No word. I call to see if my car is ready for pick-up. The receptionist is very helpful. She says the manager is no longer with the company. After I recover from this earth-shattering revelation, she tells me that she has no record of completion for the work, and the employee assigned to my car is busy with other clients. She will have them call me back. It has been an hour. I am a less patient man.

The extra star is for the people I have actually spoken to on the phone. They may have misinformed me on the true cost of this ordeal, but at least they were nice about it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer.
I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership that I’ve ever had with a dealership. I have been looking for a car that is good on gas for my work commute, and I found a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that was being advertised by this dealership on CARFAX.com. I requested more information and received a text in the morning to set up an appointment. I set an appointment for 3:15, then told them I would be up there even a little earlier than that. Given that I live an hour and 10 minutes away, this was quite a long drive for me. When I got there, it took them multiple tries to find my appointment spot. When they found it, the salesperson went in the back for 5-10 minutes to “grab the keys.” He then came back empty handed to tell me the car sold 20 minutes prior to when I got there. He said they didn’t call me because they figured I was closer to the dealership at that point with my commute there. However, I never disclosed where I was driving from until I got there so this was a made up excuse. He promised to get me in something similar and asked me to give him some time. I was then shown a 2020 Hyundai Sonata that he said came in yesterday and had been serviced but not detailed. He also promised a better warranty on this car since it was newer. When we got in, the car was extremely dirty, but I let this go given that he said it hadn’t been detailed. I drove the car and noticed it was rocking, and when my boyfriend opened the window, the car was making a scraping noise. My brother who was in the back seat said he also felt the rocking, but the dealer who also sat in the back said he didn’t hear or feel anything. When we get back to the dealership, my boyfriend immediately begins looking around the car, underneath, and under the hood. We noticed a few missing panels and broken parts on the vehicle that had been electrical taped. I then saw that the car had been marked “AS IS” and would not include the dealer warranty like I was promised. We gave back the keys and told the dealer that we were upset because they sold the car I was coming to see without notifying me and then tried to sell us a broken down car as a quick sell instead. As we’re driving away, they called back to try to resolve the problem and said we need to understand that we saw the car at its worst and it had not been serviced yet, as the dealer told me. We said we would no longer do business with them at this point. She continued to say that the inventory changes all the time and they could make it up to me, but this whole situation was handled so unprofessionally and they also tried to trick me into a messed up car with no warranty. I will never do business with this dealership, ever. They completely wasted my time and gas and I was never even given a sorry, I was just given excuses about the “way the industry is nowadays.”

filthy
i purchased a car in july, 2022. they brought it out to me filthy dirty. after i complained they cleaned it up minimally. they also did not touch up small flaws in paint. i was too anxious to make the purchase but I will definitely not buy another car there. first expressions count!

Horrible just want a sale
Bought a new 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz the next day when my kids came with I felt the back was too small for trips and much of anything, called the next day got a run around financial manager never called back they say within 10 days u can change your mind or trade the manager did not help at all , so stuck with something I dt want go to the credit union to refinance because the payment wasn’t even what we agreed, credit union/ everyone else says I got over charged can’t refinance cause the value of the vehicle is way less, horrible customer service!!!
