Took our new Santa Cruz in for a wellness inspection (11000) miles. All went well until the service writer came out holding a dirty air filter with the recommendation we need a new one. The problem is the filter was just inspected the day before with no problems noted. I'm positive the filter I was shown was not mine. I have heard of this tactic before but never in a million years expected this treatment from these folks. Other than this unfortunate incident it seemed to be an above average dealership.
