Why have an appt.
We have a check engine light on and we took our 2020 Hyundia Sonata in for an oil change and to check the light. They told us it was a miscommunication within the car and the they cleared the code. That lasted a day, the light came back on. So we make another appointment for my next day off and made the 200 mile round trip to Medford. They then figured out what the code meant and will have to order the part. So here we are for the third time with an 11 am appointment. They finally moved the car at noon so they can go and have lunch. It is now 1 p.m. the day before Thanksgiving and the haven't even started on the car. We never had any complaints until they changed hands. Not impressed.
